Mold Remediation Gettysburg runs this site. We're not a mold removal company ourselves. We pass requests to one local company that does the work.
What the site is for
Reading up on mold and asking for an estimate. Using the site means you're happy with the terms below.
The advice here is general
Everything written here is general information about mold in homes, based on guidance from the EPA, the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Your house is your house, and only someone standing in it can tell you what's really going on. Don't treat these pages as a substitute for that, or for medical advice if mold is making someone ill.
Prices are ranges, not quotes
The costs on this site come from published national figures. They're there to give you a rough idea. The only real price is the one you get after someone has seen the job.
Who you're dealing with
The company we pass your request to is an independent business. Any work, quote, contract or guarantee is between you and them. We don't carry out the work, supervise it or take payment for it.
When you send the form
Send us details that are true and that are yours to send. Sending the form doesn't book anything and doesn't oblige you to go ahead.
Links to other sites
Where we link to the EPA, the CDC or a pricing site, that's so you can check what we've said. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

We can't promise a response time
Our local mold specialist aims to come back to you the same day, and we check that they do. Even so, they're a separate business with their own workload, so we can't guarantee how fast they'll reply or that they'll be free to take on your job.
Where we stand legally
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using the site or from work carried out by the company we refer you to. Pennsylvania law applies, since that's where the work happens.
